Awestruck is a luxury, Estes Park, Colorado, smoke-free, pet free, 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath single family vacation home rental with over 3,400 square feet of indoor living space, expansive deck and outdoor hot tub located in the Windcliff community adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park and conveniently located to downtown Estes Park that will leave you feeling just as its name describes - Awestruck.

To ensure that renting our executive vacation home rental in the Windcliff community exceeds your expectations of Awestruck being the ultimate Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, Colorado lodging destination, Awestruck is professionally managed by the onsite team of Windcliff Properties, Inc. Onsite management ensures that any issues you may have (lost keys or suggestions for a hike or restaurant recommendations) will be easily addressed making your rental of our vacation home stress-free.

Rental Rates

The cost of staying in Awestruck for your Estes Park vacation home rental varies depending on the time of year as follows:

Prime Season . . . .$360 per night, plus $25/person after two persons
Fall Season . . . . . .$275 per night, plus $25/person after two persons
Special Season . . $235 per night, plus $25/person after two persons
Value Season . . . .$215 per night, plus $25/person after two persons

Prime Season:        6/8/12 - 8/25/12

Fall Season:            8/26/12 - 10/20/12

Special Season:     5/18/12 - 6/7/12, 11/18/12 - 11/24/12, 12/21/12 - 1/3/2013
                                  and 5/17/2013 - 5/31/2013

Value Season:        1/3/12 - 5/17/12, 10/21/12 - 11/17/12, 11/25/12 - 12/20/12, 1/4/2013 - 5/16/2013

Children age 3 and under are free.  The maximum number of guests is 8.

Awestruck is only available for a minimum stay of at least 2 nights and, during certain times of the year, a minimum stay of 3, 4, or 5 nights may be required.

Rental Rates shown above do not include 3.7% sales tax, 2% Marketing District tax, 3% booking fee and $50 non-refundable Limited Damage Waiver.

Cancellation Process and Refunds: 35.84% of your deposit is nonrefundable The remainder is refundable if you provide notice of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. All refunds are processed and mailed during the first half of the month following the month of your scheduled stay.

Method of Payment:  Windcliff Properties accepts personal checks, travelers checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover money orders and cash. Use of personal checks requires 2 forms of identification, including a driver's license.
