Awestruck is only available for a minimum stay of at least 2 nights and, during certain times of the year, a minimum stay of 3, 4, or 5 nights may be required.

To ensure your rental of our executive vacation home rental in Estes Park, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park surpasses your expectations, Awestruck is professionally managed by the onsite management team at Windcliff Properties, Inc.  With Windcliff Properties' location within the Windcliff community, your arrival and departure will be smooth, your rental deposit is secure and any issues you may have (lost keys or suggestions for hikes or restaurants) will be quickly and easily addressed.  Windcliff Properties was recognized by TripAdvisor as a Top Property Manager in Estes Park.  Our guests enjoy the added comfort that dealing with a professional, onsite management team provides.  We know you'll agree.

Windcliff Properties maintains certain policies to make sure that your time spent in Awestruck and in the Windcliff neighborhood overlooking Rocky Mountain National Park is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.  None of the homes managed by Windcliff Properties are rented for weddings or wedding related groups, large groups or guests with pets.  No firearms or weapons of any kind, including paint ball guns, pellet guns or BB guns, trailers, RVs, motorcycles, outdoor fires or guest-supplied grills are permitted (your rental of Awestruck includes a gas grill on the outside deck for your use).  Awestruck is a non-smoking home and no smoking is permitted inside of Awestruck or, due to the risk of fire, outside of Awestruck.

A maximum of 3 cars is permitted at Awestruck.  While Windcliff's mountain roads are maintained and open year-round, four wheel drive vehicles are recommended for stays in October through April.

Rental Rates for Awestruck

The daily rental rate for Awestruck varies depending on the time of year, but the views of Rocky Mountain National Park from Awestruck are the same all times of the year...spectacular:

Prime Season . . . .$380 per night, plus $25/person after 2 persons up to the maximum number of guests of 8
Fall Season . . . . .. $290 per night, plus $25/person after 2 persons up to the maximum number of guests of 8
Special Season . . $250 per night, plus $25/person after 2 persons up to the maximum number of guests of 8
Value Season . . . .$230 per night, plus $25/person after 2 persons up to the maximum number of guests of 8

Prime Season:        June 7, 2013 through August 25, 2013

Fall Season:            August 26, 2013 through October 19, 2013

Special Season:    May 17, 2013 through June 6, 2013, November 22, 2013 through November 30, 2013
                                 December 20, 2013 through January 4, 2014 and May 16, 2014 through May 31, 2014    

Value Season:        January 4, 2013 through May 16, 2013, October 20, 2013 through November 21, 2013
                                  December 1, 2013 through December 19, 2103 and January 5, 2014 through May 15, 2014

Children under 3 are free.

Rates do not include 3.5% sales tax, 2% Marketing District tax, 3% booking fee and $69 non-refundable Damage Protection Policy.

Cancellation Process and Refunds:  35.84% of your deposit is nonrefundable  The remainder is refundable provided you provide notice of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.  Starting 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, there is no refund of any kind in the event of cancellation. 

Method of Payment:  Windcliff Properties accepts personal checks, travelers checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover money orders and cash.  Use of personal checks requires 2 forms of identification, including a driver's license.
